My fiber laser engraver arrived in good condition. Very well packaged. I had an installation problem so I Emailed them back and forth a number of times. Ended up that they remotely took over my computer on two different days and solved the problem, which turned out to be in my hardware, not their machine. Overall the machine is good and their customer help was very good.
