S&A CW Series Industrial Water Chiller Installation

S&A CW Series Industrial Water Chiller Installation

The S&A CW Series Industrial Water Chiller is a high-performance cooling system designed to provide reliable and efficient cooling for various industrial applications. It features a compact and robust design, making it ideal for use in a wide range of industries, including laser cutting, welding, engraving, medical equipment, and printing.

Upon receiving your package, it is recommended that you open it and check if the machine and all necessary accessories are intact and complete. This is to ensure that there are no damages or missing items during the shipping process.

Inspect the machine carefully and make sure that there are no visible damages or defects. Check if all the accessories are present, including the power cord, water inlet and outlet pipes, and user manual.

If you notice any damages or missing items, please contact info@mcwlaser.com to report the issue and request for assistance. It is important to address any concerns as soon as possible to ensure that the machine is in good working condition and to avoid any delays or complications in using it.

When adding water to the chiller, it is important to observe the water level gauge and add water slowly to avoid overfilling. Overfilling can cause water to spill and potentially damage the machine.

If the chiller is being used to cool carbon steel equipment, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of cooling water additive, such as an anti-corrosion water aqua, to prevent corrosion and prolong the lifespan of the equipment.

For those working in colder northern areas, it is recommended to use noncorrosive antifreeze fluid instead of plain water to prevent freezing and potential damage to the machine.

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions when adding water or any additives to the chiller to ensure optimal performance and prevent any damage to the machine.

According to system conditions, please connect the water inlet and outlet pipe well.

Turn on the power switch to start the circulation pump of the chiller. Please note that there may be more bubbles in the pipe during the first time of operation, leading to occasional flow alarms. However, running the chiller for a few minutes should return it to normal.

After the first boot, immediately check the water pipes for any leaks.

When the power is switched on, if the water temperature is below the set value, it is normal for the fans and other components of the chiller to not work. The temperature controller will automatically control the working conditions of the compressor, magnetic valve, fans, and other parts based on the set controlling parameters.

Starting the compressor and other components can take a longer time, ranging from seconds to minutes, depending on different conditions. Therefore, avoid turning the power off and on frequently.

Great job! Here's an optimized version:

During the first startup of the new chiller, the air in the water pipe needs to be emptied, which may cause a slight decline in the water level. If necessary, add an appropriate amount of water to maintain the water level within the green area. It's important to observe and record the current water level and check it periodically. If the water level drops significantly, inspect the water pipeline for any leaks.

Also, note that the circulation pump of the chiller will start working once the power switch is turned on. During the first few minutes of operation, there may be more bubbles in the pipe, leading to occasional flow alarms. However, this is normal, and it will go back to normal after a few minutes of running. After the first boot, immediately check for any water pipe leaks.

If the water temperature is below the set value when the power is switched on, it's normal for the fans and other components of the machine not to work. The temperature controller will automatically control the working conditions of the compressor, magnetic valve, fans, and other parts based on the set controlling parameters.

Finally, avoid turning off the power and on again frequently, as it takes a longer time to start over the compressor and other components, which can range from seconds to minutes depending on different conditions.

The CW series features an intelligent thermostat that usually doesn't require any user adjustment. However, if you need to make changes, please refer to the instructions on operating status and parameter adjustment.
