I have been using this unit for about 4 months now and have to say its has been very helpful cleaning auto parts and components that are greasy, and have the grime, I also use it to remove rust and paint from some old cast iron antique furniture my wife purchased, and it got rid of all the rust without hurting the base metal. I chose to go with this unit (pulsed laser cleaner) so I could have more control over the settings and make sure I did not damage the base metal of the object I'm cleaning, and this unit has a lot of parameters that you can adjust to make sure of that. I also like the compact size, and i got the battery version so I did not have to be plugged into the wall all the time, its nice that they have that option. Overall I'm really happy with the unit, and am still finding uses for it that I didn't even think of!
The cleaning effect of the product is very good. I checked the instructions and videos that MCWlaser sent me. It was very easy to get started.
I used it to clean rusted rebar and some iron fittings. it makes short work out of everything I put in front of it so far. removes rust easily and without damage.
I was tempted to spend a lot more money for a higher power system, but this one does a great job even running off of 110v.
The seller was also very patient and answered my questions. All in all highly recommended!
After much research, we found this product within our budget. It arrived well-packaged and was easy to get started with. It’s removed the rust on all sorts of tools and other objects, bare metal and painted. The largest project so far was painting, which takes more time.
